This Tennessee-based integrator and operator of transforming waste to valuable feedstock is raising $129 million to fund the strategy and development of the Company's business model, with all offtakes committed to. There is currently in excess of $5 Million invested in the company. We have run a preliminary system to prove the efficacy and engineering of the system. All components for the system are off the shelf with proprietary systems management. The Company is focused on “Impact Investing”, and intends to utilize the experience and expertise of the current team to execute the industry consolidation. Negotiations have begun with several acquisition targets. In lieu of distributing operating cash flows, the Company will use excess cash to purchase/build companies in the highly fragmented waste industry located in “Opportunity Zones”. Creating jobs and diverting over 95% of waste from landfills. Tipping fees have been negotiated with various municipalities for feed stock and guaranteed cash flow.
