CMA is a unique, planned Medical facility to be located in Belize that will combine state-of-the-art medical procedures along with a medical and tourism hospitality campus. Located on the northeastern shore of Belize, CMA will bring together the highly profitable traditional health care industry with medical spa medical tourism and offer a complete package that includes cardiac care, gastric surgeries, joint replacement, and stem cell therapy, treatment for degenerative disease, cosmetic surgeries, education, and practice of fundamental health principals. There are five main facilities that will make up the Medical Campus: 350 bed Hospital Facility, Medical Tourism Center; Longevity Center; Medical Spa; and Research & Design Lab. The campus and hospital will be staffed by fully-accredited physicians and support staff. CMA requires financing in the amount of $243M (USD) to complete construction of the hospital and to renovate existing hospitality venues. CMA shows strong earnings potential and excellent EBITDA projections from year five and onward. Belize is an excellent destination as it provides ease-of- travel from N. America, Europe, etc., with a multitude of airlines already serving a thriving tourist industry.
