Aluminum Manufacturing Poland

The client is a developing industrial enterprise focused on the production of high-quality aluminium profiles for a wide range of industrial applications. The company is currently at an advanced stage of implementing its production investment. Its long-term development strategy is oriented toward establishing and expanding its own production division, based on innovations in technology, customer service, management, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety (OHS).

The  Company’s strategy is to achieve brand recognition and, over time, a leadership position by offering increasingly higher-quality services to ensure full satisfaction of both customers and employees.

The plant occupies a 2.5-hectare site.  The production hall is equipped with a technological line for aluminum profile extrusion with an 8-inch diameter and a pressing force of 25 MN, hydraulic pressure up to 300 Bar and production capacity up to 1800 kg/h. At the current stage, the main installation works have been completed, and the investment is entering the phase of technological testing and production commencement.
