The client is an established health facility offering general and specialist medical services. The project is an educational and healthcare initiative led by a leading medical and commercial team established in 1998. It comprises distinguished experts in medicine, biosciences, counselling, finance, technology, and law, ensuring academic excellence and operational efficiency. Ghana is described by the CIA Factbook as “…one of the most stable and democratic countries in West Africa…” A comprehensive market feasibility study and other data from highly credible sources is available and work has already started on the 30-acre site. The finished project will be a world-class private health sciences university integrating medical education, research, and healthcare delivery. The project consists of: A university campus offering specialized programs in health and medical sciences | An expanded teaching hospital, building on an existing healthcare facility | Residential and conferencing facilities to support students, faculty, and visiting professionals. The project is located in Galleykope, near Sogakope, Volta Region, Ghana—a strategic location with proximity to key cities and healthcare networks. The 30-acre site is wholly owned by the client, providing a strong foundation for development and long-term sustainability. It will be the first private university in the region delivering high-quality, in-demand health science programs.
