In 2016-17 the Segregation & Compost plant was installed by The Corporation which is about 20,700 Sq. meters, with certain machineries. The Corporation/Government wanted to put up the Waste to Energy Plant, in the land adjoining which is total of 22.37 acres. Segregation & composting along with scientific landfill facility will be operational in 2 months generating operating income. WTE facility for power generation will be operational in 18 months. Both the activities will be taken up simultaneously. The solution is based on advanced version of Mechanical Grate Incinerator coupled with its patented Flue Gas Treatment using Multi Process Reactor Technology. “Near Zero” dioxins – beats / meets EU Specifications. The Power Plant capacity is 15MW, exportable power for sale is around 84 Mn units. WTE being Renewable Energy, is eligible for Carbon Credits.
